URGENT! Room for Rental. AVAILABLE ON 5th MAY 09 onwards.

Dear Sir/Madam, i would like to advertise my room to replacing my contract. Will be available on 5th May 09 onwards. I'll be going back to my country for my holiday for 3 months, meanwhile, the new tenants can replace me already in 5th May 09. I'll pack on 25th April 09. My new house will be available at 15th June 09. So i'll leave my stuff outside the room, so that the new tenants can occupied in advance. I'll be going back to my country from 4th May 09 to 25th July 2009. So the new tenants can go for either May, June, or July onwards. because my room its available already from 5th May 2009. I hope you can help me cuz its really urgent. Thanks.

REQUIREMENTS:

1 common room for rental with queen bed size and aircon in 17 Holland Drive. Wireless Broadband Maxonline (new updated), TV Cable (entertainment), Big living room. Single room, can share. Can change the bed size. Big room. Near to Holland Village. Suitable for young professional female, or student. Nice environment. Big flat, we rent the whole flat. Can cook, large kitchen. Fridge, TV, Dining table, Washing Machine, Drying area, Kitchen Utensils available. Your room had furnished with queen bed size, study table, computer desk,wardrobe, study light, air-con with timer, TV jack, Telephone jack, 1 study chair, 1 computer chair, bedside table, and extra key for your room and your house (no need to duplicate again). NO OWNER STAY. Contract until 14 July 2010. Available on 5TH MAY 09 onwards. I'll pack out at 25th April and will leave my stuff outside the room, so you can occupied my room already. My new house will be available at 15th June, while i'm still in my country cuz im going back for holiday.

PRICES:

>>Room Rental Price: 650 SGD/ per month. (you can have your friend to live with you in the room, and divide the amount by 2, the price is the 1 room price)

>> For internet and cable TV you have to pay 16.40 SGD per month. You can use the internet 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Its unlimited.

>>Electricity will be based on your consumption and will be divided by the number of people in the house. not more than 50sgd.

>> Deposit, you will have to replace my deposit, 1300 SGD, 2 month rental. This deposit will return back to you after you finish the contract. Please pay the deposit in advance by May 3, 2009. After you pay for the deposit, this room will be reserved for you.
